VCAT: Appeals & Representation
How we approach VCAT cases:- Negotiation and Conciliation first.

In advance of a VCAT case, we try to accomplish resolution by negotiation and settlement orders, however if full hearings and mediations are obligatory; we will draft and present submissions and give expert evidence.
