Victorian Dwelling Restoration
Fitzroy Victorian home completely refurbished and renovated by the owner to an exacting heritage standard. Planning services included consultation with local government to enable completion of the main part of the project. This was latter followed by a planning permit application, consideration of plans, advocacy and negotiation with council Planners to gain a successful approval for a large workshop and garage with a part additional upper floor section at the rear of the property. The dwelling achieves a significant standing in this intact heritage precinct
