Accommodation for 120, dining rooms, small chapel, sheds and manager’s house. Issues: retention of established existing use rights, heritage, environmental and green wedge concerns. Consideration of further building extensions for Buddhist philosophical and education purposes. Confirmation of support from surrounding property owners and local council. Written submission and planning legal opinion.
